Your Oral Health
Keeping your teeth, gums, jawbone, and the supporting tissues clean are very important in maintaining good oral health. By brushing, flossing, and also brushing/scraping your tongue can prevent mouth problems and diseases. When you stop taking care of your teeth, you will not only get cavities, stained teeth, toothaches, and crooked teeth, your mouth will be at risk of diseases such as gum diseases, diabetes, HIV, cancer, and even eating disorders.

Very short and informative post. Indeed, our oral health is very important. We should really take care of our teeth and gums to prevent bad breath. Though, not all cases of bad breath is from poor dental health.

Indeed, we need to maintain a healthy oral condition. Moreover, we also should eat proper food and drinks to prevent cavities and other oral problems. Our smile is very important to us because it is the window of our heart.
Bad breath can therefore act as your first warning that improvements need to be made in your mouth. You need to brush better, floss more and keep your teeth healthy and clean. A dentist will be able to offer advice on which brushes will work for you, and it always wise to keep up regular six month check to make sure that bad smelling plaque is getting controlled.
